What you need:

+ 1 lb. Certified Angus Beef® ground chuck
+ 1 small onion, finely chopped
+ 1 can (10.75 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
+ 1/4 c. Schnucks whole milk
+ 1 c. Schnucks frozen mixed vegetables
+ 1 c. Schnucks finely shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
+ 1/2 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen seasoned shredded potato nuggets
What to do:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. In large skillet, cook ground chuck and onion over medium-high heat 5 to 6 min. or until browned, breaking up meat with side of spoon. Drain. Meanwhile, in small bowl, stir soup and milk until smooth.
2. Spread ground chuck mixture in 8 x 8-in. or 2-quart glass or ceramic baking dish. Spread soup, then vegetables evenly over beef. Top with cheese and potatoes. Bake casserole, uncovered, 45 min. or until edges bubble and top is golden brown.
