Amazing Boneless Country Ribs

What you need:

+ 1 medium orange
+ 1 pkg. (.75 oz.) Amazing Taste® seasoning for pork
+ 1 1/4 lb. pork loin boneless country style ribs
+ 1/2 small yellow onion, finely chopped (about 1/4 c.)
+ 1/2 c. Schnucks ketchup
+ 1/4 c. packed Schnucks light brown sugar
+ 3 Tbsp. less-sodium soy sauce
+ 2 Tbsp. Schnucks apple cider vinegar
+ 2 Tbsp. Schnucks Worcestershire sauce
What to do:
1. From orange, grate 1 tsp. peel; transfer to small bowl and set aside. 2. Into medium bowl, squeeze about 1/2 c. juice; whisk in seasoning. Pour seasoning mixture and ribs inside large zip-tight plastic bag; seal bag, pressing out excess air. Massage ingredients in bag to coat ribs; refrigerate at least 10 min. or up to 1 hr. to marinate.
3. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 400°F. Into bowl with grated orange peel, stir in onion, ketchup, brown sugar, soy sauce, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce.
4. Place roasting rack or small wire cooling rack inside rimmed baking pan. Arrange ribs on rack. Discard marinade. Pour 1/2 c. hot water in pan under ribs and bake 11 to 14 min. or until internal temperature reaches 145°F. Remove pan from oven. Brush both sides of ribs with sauce; let stand 5 min. before slicing across the grain. Serve with remaining sauce on the side.
