Salsiccia-Stuffed Shells

What you need:

+ 1 pkg. (12 oz.) Schnucks jumbo shells
+ 1-1/4 lb. Schnucks Select fresh ground salsiccia sausage, casings removed if necessary
+ 1 large onion, diced (1-1/2 c.)
+ 1 pkg. (9-10 oz.) frozen creamed spinach
+ 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Schnucks shredded Italian style or mozzarella cheese, divided
+ 1/2 c. Schnucks grated Parmesan or Parmesan and Romano cheese
+ 1/2 c. Schnucks Italian-style breadcrumbs
+ 1 jar (26 oz.) Ragú pasta sauce
What to do:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Heat large covered saucepot of salted water to boiling over high heat. Add shells and cook as label directs; drain.
2. Meanwhile, in large skillet, cook sausage and onion 10 to 12 min. or until sausage is no longer pink, breaking up sausage with side of spoon. Add frozen spinach and cook 5 to 6 min. or until heated through. Remove skillet from heat. Stir in 1/2 c. Italian style cheese, Parmesan and breadcrumbs.
3. Spread 1 c. pastas sauce in bottom of ungreased 13 x 9-in. glass or ceramic baking dish. When noodles are cool enough to handle, fill each with rounded measuring tablespoon sausage mixture. Pack shells tightly in dish, filling side up and stacking if necessary. Spoon remaining pasta sauce over shells; sprinkle with remaining Italian style cheese. Bake a t 400°F for 15 to 20 min. or until cheese melts and sauce bubbles at side of pan.
